- Organising international travel
- Prioritise e-mails and post, cascade/reply on the Directors’ behalf
- Daily dealings with top level management/board members of external global supplier companies.
- Liaison with board level management within the Group.
- Produce presentations to the highest standard
- Maintain schedules of annual leave, sickness and payroll along with expense & mileage accounting
- Maintain filing systems including efficient electronic filing and “bring forward” systems
- Reports & reviews, collation & distribution to deadlines.
