Think PA Secretarial is our specialist division recruiting for PAs, Secretaries and Executive Assistants for a diverse range of company sizes and industry sectors. We are pleased to be working with a highly competent PA with office management and HR experience who is looking for their next role in the Hertfordshire area.  Based in Hemel Hempstead, she is flexible to travel to Hemel, Watford, St Albans, Luton and the surrounding areas.

Overview of experience:

  • PA support to Managing Director level in SMEs
  • Has previously worked in property, sports and technology sectors
  • Office management for companies ranging in size from 15 to 65 employees
  • Preparing presentations, reports and correspondence
  • Managing facilities, budgets and systems
  • Organising diaries for Directors and their teams
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation and events
  • Dealing with both business and personal tasks for MD, including property management
  • Managing all company HR processes and procedures
  • Assisting with recruitment and staff development

 

Other information:

  • Salary expectations £30,000 to £35,000 (dependent on role and location)
  • Highly competent in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Shorthand and audio typing experience
  • Available from mid-June onwards
  • Professional, hard working and conscientious approach
