We are pleased to be working with a fantastic Executive Assistant who is looking for her next role in the local area. She has worked as PA/EA to Board level Directors providing support to CEO, COO, MD, SVP and HR Director for large national and international organisations.
Fully comfortable working on a one to one basis or providing support to a team of Directors, she is looking for a role that can utilise her wealth of experience and is available for both temporary and permanent assignments.
- Organising extensive travel on a worldwide basis
- Scheduling appointments across multiple, hectic diaries
- Liaising with high profile staff and clients in Directors’ absence
- Managing email and expenses
- Coordinating global events
- Handling personal matters with strictest confidentiality
- Compiling presentations and reports for Board meetings
- Car owner – flexible on location (Hemel, Watford area, St Albans, Hatfield, Luton, Elstree, Borehamwood, Chesham, Tring etc)
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Available for temporary assignments ASAP
- Can interview at short notice
- Professional, confident, discreet with a strong character
