Our specialist HR division is growing and we don’t shout about it enough! It’s managed by Chris Jones and Sophie Ford who look after all our clients and candidates between them. Most of our clients have been with us a long time and when moving roles, usually take us with them which is a great accolade to the excellent long term relationships and hard work our business is based on.
Chris has close to 20 years of experience in the local recruitment market as well as an extensive network of HR contacts built through years of working as a senior recruiter. This makes him well placed to have a great capacity to advise and support in all areas of HR Specialisms.
Chris looks after the following roles/areas: HR Business Partner, Head of HR, HR Manager, HR Director, Rewards and Recognition, Talent Manager, Recruitment Manager, HRIS roles.
Sophie started with Think last year and has rapidly shown her strong capabilities at building relationships and spotting talented candidates. She has recently been promoted to a consultant and has taken on the HR division entry level to mid - range roles.
Sophie looks after the following roles: HR Administrator, HR Assistant, HR Co-ordinator, HR Advisor, Recruitment Advisor, Talent Acquisition, Rewards and Benefits Administration.
