Think Specialist Recruitment runs an annual survey for our Clients and Candidates to ensure that the service we are offering is at the highest standard possible. The survey was sent out in July and we are currently busy collating the results for publication in early September.
All feedback provided, both positive and negative, ensures that we are able to tailor our processes to best suit our customers and make changes to areas that need improvement, along with maintaining high standards for the services where feedback is good.
