Think Specialist Recruitment is working with an international company to recruit a strong administrator to join their Human Resources department.  With their UK headquarters based in Hatfield, they are a global market leader within their field. The successful candidate will be available to start a new role immediately and be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months for this temporary role.

This is a great opportunity for a HR graduate or candidate looking to start their careers in a human resources department. Candidates must have excellent administration and organisation skills.

Role overview:

• Processing employee application forms
• Logging forms and paperwork onto internal systems
• Working with hiring managers across UK to ensure all documents are collected from applicants
• Ensuring copies of all necessary ID verification documents are taken from applicants
• Checking applicant files to ensure all relevant paperwork is present
• Providing administration support to the management team
• General office administration tasks
• Composing correspdondence
• Answering inbound calls to the office
• Drafting letters, emails and documents

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent administration skills
• Must have an interest in working in HR
• Good IT skills
• Highly organised and a good communicator
