We are pleased to be working with a long-established organisation on the outskirts of Watford to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer on a permanent basis. This is an in-house recruitment role working for a company of circa 150 staff and responsible for representing the organisation in a professional manner.  A great opportunity for somebody working for a recruitment agency looking for their first in-house role or a Recruitment Coordinator/Resourcer with some in-house experience looking for their next challenge!

The role will offer hybrid working with candidates required to be in the office 2 days a week so candidates must be able to commute to the outskirts of Watford. The business would also consider flexible hours/days for the right candidate.

Role overview:

• Working closely with Recruitment Manager to effectively manage and prioritise active vacancies which includes building a pipeline of potential future talent
• Attract candidate to the business through various channels
• Screen candidates and explain the role and company to prospective applicants
• Utilise all effective resources to approach external talent proactively
• Plan and support selection processes
• Ensure both candidates and hiring managers receive a positive recruitment experience
• Build excellent relationships with internal stakeholders
• Ensure the best use of social media to attract talent and increase awareness of our brand 
• Manage the recruitment process to ensure great candidate experience
• Work with the recruitment Managers and wider People team in all aspects of recruitment and other HR people-related duties
• Responsible for arranging interviews, liaison with candidates and the hiring community
• Coordinate inductions for new joiners

Candidate requirements:

• Recruitment agency and/or in-house recruitment experience
• Highly professional, well spoken and organised
• Self-motivated, credible and conscientious
