So how does it work?

We publish all of our vacancies online and through social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter). 

Make sure you follow and like our social media so that you are kept up to date with the vacancies. 

If you see a role through Think that your friend would be interested in, share the role with them either via the website or on social media. 

Tell them to mention you when they speak to the team at Think and apply for the role. You will then be logged against their application.  

If they are successful and are placed in the role, you will receive £100 shopping vouchers.
