We have a great opportunity to work with one of our biggest clients and to get started the week before Christmas. The role will be based within Hemel Hempstead and the successful candidates will join a welcoming and energetic team as a temp until the end of January/February.

We are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors and we are not looking for candidate with an abundance of experience! The right attitude and willingness to learn is key. 

This position will involve taking inbound and making outbound calls whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service and accurate data entry. Although we are asking for eloquent and customer service driven candidates, this could very well be the perfect job for university students and school leavers with little work experience behind them!

We are looking for candidates that are available to start work on 17th December and who can commit to work until the end of January/February. 

Successful candidates will be given a rota with their working hours/days on which will be agreed with them on arrival, hours will be set between 9am-7pm and from Monday-Saturday (Working 5 days between then), full time working hours paid at £8 per hour are guaranteed though and the ability to be flexible here is useful. 

Main duties to include:

• To liaise with existing customers about their recent purchases and experience with our client (products and services).
• To deliver an exceptional level of customer service during every phone call.
• To engage with all customers by listening and communicating effectively.
• Maintain and update the inhouse system with accurate information received over the telephone.
• Work well within a team to support others and all required tasks are carried out.

Candidate requirements:

• Must be very fluent in both written and spoken English
• Must have excellent communication skills
• No prior experience is needed, although some form of customer service, office, retail or hospitality experience would be useful
• Good IT skills are required

The successful candidates will be available from Monday 17th December until at least the end of Jan/Feb and able to commit to the above shift patterns.
