All round Accounts and Credit Control experience is required, and the successful candidate will have the desire to progress, take ownership of their duties and make a difference in the company. Hours: Relatively Flexible – 38/40 hours a week

Overview of duties:

• Chasing outstanding aged debt and keeping debtor days within agreed levels
• Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
• Dealing with and resolving all account queries
• Sending and reconciling customer statements
• Putting supplier invoices on the system for authorisation for payment
• Ensuring purchase orders match invoices
• General office duties such as scanning and indexing

Person Requirements:

• All round Accounts and Credit control experience is essential
• Excellent telephone manner
• Self-motivated and well organised
• Able to work under pressure
• Ability to manage time effectively
