This position will be focused on assessing existing customer requirements and offering them new and other services, ALL of these customers have asked to be contacted about these services. The role is to build a good relationship with customers and key clients, assisting with providing quotations and seeing this through to the point of sale.

All leads are warm and are either asked if they would like to be contacted or will be expecting it, NOneed to cold call at all, full training will also be provided and what they are looking for is someone with the right attitude to succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound new business enquiries – Via internet (Emails and website queries) and telephone (Taking inbound customer calls and returning outbound calls)
• Selecting the correct products and services to meet needs of customers
• Supporting and putting into place marketing initiatives
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products and systems
• Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers

Skills and experience required:

• Sales/Call centre-based experience, retail sales, hospitality
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Want to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a regulated work place
• Very keen on self-development
