We are working with a friendly, successful company based in St Albans who are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator to join them. The role would be great for someone with Administration or Customer Service experience who is looking for somewhere they can make a difference or someone entry-level looking to establish themselves in a long-term role they can take ownership of. The role involves order processing, updating the internal system, taking inbound/making outbound calls and building long term relationships with clients.
