We are pleased to be working with a fantastic company and well-known brand to recruit a Head of Social and Content for their ever-expanding marketing team.  The business has seen phenomenal growth in recent years and has become the market leader within their field.  A fantastic leadership team and strategy, coupled with extremely well-placed advertising and sponsorship that perfectly captures their target audience, has seen the company grow and they have impressive plans in place to maintain their expansion.

The Head of Social and Content role will lead a small team and play an incredibly important role within their marketing department, taking ownership of Social Media channels for 2 x brands and all content therein.  With a clearly defined target audience, the content must be on point and enable full engagement with their customers.

The brands must become a destination point for users and continuously and consistently produce content that makes users want to engage, share and start conversations. Content needs to be centred around a core group of interests that align with some of the strongest passions of the target market and brands must have the courage to push the boundaries if they are to stand out and be recognised.

We are looking for Social Media Managers/Head of Social Media candidates that have the proven ability to take ownership of, and successfully implement, highly accomplished social media campaigns.  Importantly, the tone of voice and content must represent the following themes:-
