Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a fantastic company based in Hemel Hempstead who are looking for an Administrator to join their busy and friendly team. Within this role you will be assisting the Operations department and providing a wide range of administrative based duties. You must have good levels of accuracy and attention to detail and be able to offer the highest level of Customer Service at all times.
Main Duties:
- Offer Admin support throughout the Sales Support Team and other departments
- Collate all information for invoicing
- Keep an accurate record of accurate costs and profits
- Assist with records of weekly and monthly KPI’s.
- Support the finance department
- To maintain and improve the CRM database with accurate date input
- Offer the highest level of customer service when dealing with customer enquiries, quotes and orders
- Process payments from customers
- Maintain accurate stock levels on internal systems
- Provide after sale customer support
Skills required:
- Exceptional communication skills
- “Can do” attitude and Willingness to learn and get involved
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills
- IT Literate
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- To be able to multitask and prioritise efficiently
- Previous office-based Admin experience
- Presentable and professional
- Down to earth
