We are working with a fantastic global organisation based in Hemel Hempstead, they are looking for the right candidate to join their team and work alongside the Sales and Service Co-ordinators, assisting with general admin duties but also providing more support targeted at financial admin tasks.

This role will be starting on a temporary basis and working part time hours from Monday to Friday, there is a level of flexibility to this, however, core hours are going to be 8.30am - 14.00pm.

Within this role you will be responsible for a variety of duties, this will include cross-referencing and matching PO numbers booked into the company, receiving and acting on all relevant invoices to your project and clients and providing first line support along with your team. You will be working alongside various different teams internally and externally, meaning communication is key. You will be highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with incoming orders and enquiries
• Create Reports and proposals
• Build and maintain relationships with staff and customers
• Assist in producing financial reports on forecast and spend
• Work to agreed SLA's
• Actively engage in review meetings
• Receive all engineer installer invoices
• Cross-reference and match with PO numbers booked into the company
• Identify issues with invoices and raise with partner and seek resolution
• Administration of paper work
• Reconcile statement from installer and interrogate data and align for payment processing
• First line support desk function

Candidate Skills

• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Ideally would have some for of financial admin experience in an office environment
• Ideally would have some exposure to and knowledge of SAP or similar software
• Capable of using your own initiative and make decisions
• Ability to multi-task within a pressurised environment
• Strong prioritisation and planning skills
• Confident and happy to deal with challenging situations
• Problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages - Word, Excel, Outlook
• Reliable and flexible
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 'Can do' attitude and willing to assist where necessary to help others
• Good working knowledge of Excel
