We are working with a fantastic global organisation based in Hemel Hempstead, they are looking for the right candidate to join their team and work alongside the Sales and Service Co-ordinators, assisting with general admin duties but also providing more support targeted at financial admin tasks.
This role will be starting on a temporary basis and working part time hours from Monday to Friday, there is a level of flexibility to this, however, core hours are going to be 8.30am - 14.00pm.
Within this role you will be responsible for a variety of duties, this will include cross-referencing and matching PO numbers booked into the company, receiving and acting on all relevant invoices to your project and clients and providing first line support along with your team. You will be working alongside various different teams internally and externally, meaning communication is key. You will be highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail to be considered for this role.
