Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a great company who have grown massively over the years and are now based in the Industrial Estate area in Hemel Hempstead.

Within this company you would be joining a small and friendly team to assist with general admin duties and order processing, in which you'd be provided great training on how to do so.

They are looking for a strong candidate to join their team and personality is key, someone who is keen to learn and willing to put their hand to anything with a positive and can-do attitude would be ideal!

This role is a temporary position and can expect to be working full time hours up until mid-October at the very least, working hours are flexible, but you can expect to start earlier and finish earlier than usual core hours, paying a good rate of £9 per hour. 

Some of the duties will include: 

• Making sure that the all the data is recorded accurately onto bespoke systems (Training provided)
• Processing customer sales orders (Mainly via website orders/emails, but also able to take orders over the phone)
• Providing general office admin support to the Orders team
• Responding to customer queries as required

The skills required:

• Previous administration/customer service/order processing experience would be useful
• Ability to communicate on all levels 
• A strong team player
• Strong attention to detail 
• A very positive and can-do attitude
