Our client is the UK premier manufacturers within a specialist sector and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast-paced team. This really is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Customer Service experience to work for a fantastic business within a varied and interesting role.

We are lucky to be able to offer Full OR Part Time hours for this position (9am – 5.30pm or 9am – 3pm / 10am – 4pm or similar)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Offering multi-channel customer service (Phone, email and social media)
• Dealing with incoming product enquiries
• Processing returns
• Ordering spare parts and dealing with spare part stock enquiries
• Technical support where necessary
• Dealing with complaints
• Giving warranty information and keeping database updated
• Other ad hoc duties as required

The candidate:

• Previous customer service experience required
• Exceptional communication - verbal and written
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Able to work on your own initiative
• Patient and personable in your approach
• Quick to learn and pick up new systems and processes
• Eager to learn and develop
• Organised and methodical
