We are really pleased to be working with a well-established, UK leading company. This company, based in Luton, are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join and assist their fun and vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have Customer Service experience within an office or retail based role and have a refreshing “can do” attitude. You will need to be willing to provide exceptional levels of service to customers and support them with their enquiries through telephone, email and online chat.

Responsibilities:

• Taking calls from customers and managing the query
• Processing refunds for customers
• Responding to customer queries
• Logging calls and complaints 
• Creating and handling letters and paperwork
• Escalating issues to Team Leaders and Managers where necessary

Candidate requirements: 

• Experience of Customer Service
• Can-do attitude
• Professional and personable
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• IT Literate and tech competent
• Able to multi task and work to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
