Junior Graphic Designer (Print)

Responsibilities
- Producing high quality print and digital posters, flyers, brochures etc for the company
- Being responsible for creativity and brining ideas to the table for new designs and marketing ideas
- Seeing projects through from initial stage through to completion
- Working to tight deadlines
- Liaising with colleagues/clients and achieving the best possible outcome
- Advising clients on products and cost saving options
- General Administration
- Ensure print resources are up-to-date and fresh so that they are appealing, clear and accurate to reflect the company and their reputation
- Providing Quality Assurance on all printed/digital program material
- Learn and develop and be knowledgeable on the brand
- Be familiar with the program tools, products and processes to support the smooth running your responsibilities
- Ideally you will have a Graphic Designer and/or marketing qualification but not essential
Skills
- Experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, illustrator, HTML and Microsoft Office advantageous
- Knowledge of print and web-based design, concepts and practice.
- Experience of working to brand and producing marketing materials
- Drive and ambitious to succeed and naturally goes above and beyond
- Confident and Client focused
- Able to build strong working relationships
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised and able to work to tight deadlines
- Confident to be the “go to” design person for the business
- Able to communicate at all levels and talk to groups, run training sessions
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Creative!! Producing fresh and interesting ideas and designs
- Motivated, passionate and versatile – working in every area of design from desktop publishing to signwriting to HTML
- Ability to influence decisions
