Duties to include:

Answering incoming calls
Putting information onto the system accurately
Taking bookings and requests over the phone from customers
Providing information on their services
Offering advice to customers - new and existing
Providing quotes and pricing information
Processing bookings and payments
To deliver an exceptional level of customer service to every customer
To support the existing customer service team with their daily duties
To assist with any ad hoc administration tasks when required
Build an exceptional level of rapport with the customer

Candidate requirements:

Excellent telephone manner
Ability to offer high levels of customer service
Committed and hard working
Driven and flexible
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Able to use your own initiative
