Our client, a nationwide company, is looking for Client Service Advisors on a Temp to Perm basis, to join their growing customer care team ASAP!

Duties to include:

• To answer inbound client queries via inbound telephone calls
• Deal with customers emails and respond to queries.
• Track orders and confirm delivery timescales
• Provide proof of delivery to customers
• Track drivers to check on deliver whereabouts
• Ensure all client calls and emails are actioned within agreed timescales
• Respond to client feedback or queries in a positive and professional manner
• To communicate effectively and professionally with all clients to ensure that all manners are resolved in a satisfactory way

Prior experience is not essential here as we are looking for strong communicators and true team players.

Candidate requirements:

• Strong IT skills including Excel and Word
• A passion for delivering an excellent level of customer service
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Experience within customer service – contact centre, retail or hospitality
• A true team player
• A hard working and professional attitude towards work

Available shift patterns:

• 9am-6pm
• 10am-7pm
