As a Customer Service Executive, the candidate will be responsible for working closely with customers and planning and co-ordinating distribution of goods across the UK.

Your duties will include:

• Point of contact and communication for all accounts via phone and email.
• Provide support to the Customer Service team and customers from order processing, deliveries and after sales care.
• Manage all enquiries, complaints or complex issues with efficiency and provide effective resolutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide support and help to the team to achieve company objectives.
• Manage individual customer processes and requirements from order through to delivery.
• Manage order books for the accounts you are responsible for, ensuring on time delivery and accurate inputting of data information.

 Candidate requirements:

• Strong customer service experience
• Experience of working with SAP
• A true team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Excellent computer skills including Excel
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
