Our client has a range of own brand bikes and bicycle products that they sell directly to the consumer, predominantly via their online store.  We are looking for a Web Merchandising Assistant to join their online/ecommerce team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the online product catalogue, website merchandising as well as product range and gap analysis.

We are seeking candidates with an interest in ecommerce/website management, ideally within an interest in bikes/sports.  This role would also suit a graduate or graduate calibre candidate looking for the first step in their career.

Key responsibilities:

• Acquiring manufacturers product content from our suppliers and creating custom content for all Radial and 3^rd party product ranges.
• Merchandising our products and promotions across product, category and search pages as well as eBay and Amazon marketplaces.
• Identifying and implementing cross sell and up sell opportunities for product ranges.
• Management of our image asset library.
• Analysis of competitor brands and product ranges to identify gaps or opportunities for the Radial site.
• Pricing analysis for our key product ranges to ensure we remain competitive within the market.
• Managing marketing email and social media campaigns. (Depending on experience). 
• Analysis of traffic and sales data to identify trends and potential opportunities.

Skills and Experience:

• An interest in and/or experience in ecommerce/website management
• Ideally candidates will have an interest in cycling and/or sports
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent eye for detail.
• IT literate with aptitude for systems. 
• Magento or other content management system experience preferred.
