We are recruiting a Sales Office Manager for an established and highly successful family owned company based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. The business supplies products across the UK within a niche sector. Responsible for 11 staff in total across the customer service team (4) and office based account managers (7), this role will play a pivotal part in the motivation and success of the teams, whilst also taking a hands on approach in managing a customer base of approximately 100 accounts.
We are looking for candidates with previous management experience from within a sales and customer service role. You must have the ability to drive staff performance and take ownership of the day to day operations.
