Are you available for a temporary data entry project for the next 3-4 months?
We’re looking for someone to support on a data entry/admin project for a business based in Hemel Hempstead, specifically within the Maylands area, to support an Office/HR Manager with the implementation of a brand new HR system.
In this project you’ll be supporting the manager with uploading workflows, both office and warehouse employee data, annual leave, clocking in/out information and much more.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for a graduate, HR grad, someone with an interest in getting some HR exposure or even someone more experiences looking for something to fill the next 3-4 months.
The role is on a temporary basis, paying £13.00 per hour + holiday accrual and will be paid weekly.
We’re also very open to someone coming in and working on this project on either a part time or a full-time basis, but due to the nature of the project and working with some physical data, you’ll ideally need to be working fully on-site in the Maylands office.
What does the day-to-day look like?
100% admin/data entry focussed, working on a project which is supporting on inputting employee details on the system, full training/induction to get started on this project will be given.
What do we need from you?
Any previous experience on a HR system would be ideal, but really the ability and desire to learn with a very proactive attitude is what we need here, any interest in HR specifically too would be great.
The ability to start a new role asap and be free for the next 3-4 months.
Looking for someone with good attention to detail, previous computer/admin skills and must be okay with focussing on a data entry based task for long periods of time.
Due to the location of the offices, you will need to be able to easily access Hemel Hempstead, Maylands.
