We are recruiting for a highly successful, well established company that is growing at an impressive rate and has ambitious plans for future growth and development. A producer of branded products, they are looking to recruit a capable Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the general marketing activities within the business including; social media, digital marketing, advertising, PR, catalogues/brochures and exhibitions.

We are seeking a competent 'all rounder' with extensive marketing experience, an outgoing and creative character and the ability to take ownership for the marketing function. Reporting into the senior management team, they will consider candidates at Marketing Executive level looking to take a step up in responsibility, or a competent Marketing Manager.

Overview of duties:

• Responsible for social media for company/products/brands
• Working with PR agency for the production of adverts, trade publications and general advertising
• Coordinating international exhibitions
• Organising the company's attendance at exhibitions including stand, artwork, advertising, product brochures
• Coordinating the design and production of POS for retailers
• Managing the marketing budget in conjunction with senior management team
• In conjunction with internal teams, producing product catalogues/brochures
• Overseeing digital marketing and associated processes
• Responsible for both trade and consumer marketing on relevant brands/products
• Managing close working relationships with 3rd parties
• Ensuring the brands/company are represented in a professional manner

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of 4-5 years' marketing experience
• Must have a strong 'all round' background in the marketing field
• Exposure to social media, digital marketing, advertising/PR, trade/consumer marketing
• Must be based within a commutable distance of Dunstable (car owner)
• Excellent organisational skills and creative ability
