We’re recruiting for a Receptionist to work with a company based in Kings Langley.

You’d be working in what we and other candidates we’ve placed there often describe as “beautiful offices”, as well as working with lovely people on a daily basis and with a company that are doing something which actively makes a difference to the world.  

This is going to be an initial temporary position and is unknown what it could become down the line. We are looking for someone to start this role asap, ideally in the next few weeks, with a view to providing full-time support to cover someone away from the business for at least the next 1-6 months.

Although there is going to be a handover, with this being a cover position, we’re ideally looking for someone that has some previous reception experience.

Reception needs someone able to work a 37.5 hour working week during this period, they’ve got great public transport routes and plenty of secure on-site parking available.

Depending on experience, this is going to be paying someone between £14.00 to £15.60 per hour (+ holiday accrual) and will be paid weekly.

What does the day-to-day look like?

You’d be working as part of the companies administration team and reporting to the Office Manager, interacting with colleagues of all levels with a main focus on providing a friendly and positive welcome to all company visitors and guests. As well as supporting on taking calls and forwarding them, sorting/allocating post, ordering stationary and more.

What do we need from you?

Due to the nature of the role detailed above, you’ll need previous reception experience, fantastic communication and people skills and solid computer skills too.

Due to the location of the offices, you will ideally be a driver who can easily access Kings Langley, or easily able to get to the Kings Langley train station daily.
