We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a global company; you will be providing B2B customer service to retailers in relation to products which includes organising repairs, replacements and refunds of products.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday working 09:00 - 17:00
Hybrid working (2 days in the office!)
The company have free on-site parking and are on public transport routes.
