Salary - £23/24k plus a fantastic bonus 
Office based role - must be able to get to Watford

Some of the duties will include:

• Ensuring suppliers have processed purchase orders within a timely manner
• Reviewing supplier documentation 
• Keeping clients updated on their orders 
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies for customers and suppliers 
• Raising delivery notes and invoices 
• Coordinating customer collections with freight forwarders 
• Sending out quotes to freight forwarders 
• Working closely with other internal departments 
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers

• Strong communicator over the phone and via email

• Ability to work on own initiative 
• Good customer service skills 
• Happy to be office based
