This organisation has an exciting opportunity for a personable, creative, and hardworking candidate to join their team. The position will be focused on providing customer support via email and a customer support portal, and have some involvement with marketing tasks across social media. This position would suit someone who has good written customer service skills, is creative, and is looking for part-time hours. This person would need to work across 5 days and commute to Watford, this position will be hybrid working after probation. 

Salary - £25,000 (FTE) 
Hours - 22 hours across 5 days 

Some of the duties will include:

• Managing the customer support inbox
• Dealing with customer queries within a timely manner
• Tracking customer orders on the Customer Support Portal, raising tickets for replacements/refunds
• Creating social media posts, responding to comments and inbox messages
• Managing and responding to website reviews 
• Assisting with arranging deliveries from manufacturers 
• Team administration including arranging meetings and preparing meeting rooms
