Think Accountancy and Finance are pleased to be supporting a growing international, Hemel based business who is seeking an experienced German or Italian speaking Accounts Payable Specialist for a high-volume position, so it is essential you have experience in a position where your focus was accounts payable. You will be taking responsibility for all German or Italian speaking clients and the full start to finish Payables function.

This business is rapidly growing and so are on the lookout for a candidate who can work well in a fast paced environment.

You will be responsible for;

• Setting up new supplier accounts
• Check and code all invoices
• Processing BACS Payments and Purchase Orders
• Bank Reconciliations
• Setting up Supplier Payments
• Dealing with manual invoices and payments
• Maintain supplier details on Oracle
• Managing and resolving supplier queries
• Candidate Requirements:

You will be;

• Fluent  German or Italian speaker
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a similar role
• Experienced accounts payable assistant with sound technical skills
• Experience of working with a fully integrated ERP system
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Good problem-solving skills
