This leading organisation have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join their expanding team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, temping for a minimum of 2 months and moving permanent thereafter. 

Hourly rate equivalent of £25,000pa 

The company have free on-site parking and are on public transport routes. 

As this is a temp-to-perm opportunity you will receive weekly pay. 

Some of the duties will include:

• Support the customer service team with administrative tasks including processing orders and responding to emails
• Provide updates to customers on the status of their orders
• Upload customer documentation onto the CRM system
• Identify and obtain missing information from customer forms
• Manage a shared inbox

The suitable candidate: 

• Previous experience within customer service (retail or office-based)
• Relationship building skills
• Previous administration experience
• Strong team player
• Good communication skills on all levels
