Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a client based in St Albans with their recruitment for a Reconciliations Analyst for a 12 - 18 month Fixed Term Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing business who have exciting plans for the future. 

This role would be ideal for candidates with previous reconciliations experience.  This vacancy will be working within a fast paced team and will be reporting to the Reconciliations Manager.

Duties to include:

• To reconcile high volume Sales Ledger and Bank Accounts for various credit card Sales Ledger Accounts
• To liaise with clients closely resolving all discrepancies
• To liaise with Site Managers and Systems teams to resolve queries
• To cover for all members of the team and perform any additional duties

The successful candidates will have:

• A good understanding of accounting reconciliation techniques
• Advanced Excel
• Working with and analysing with large volumes of data
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• AAT studier or qualified – desirable
