We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Administrators to join a company that are a giant in their industry and work with some of the largest name companies in the UK. This is a temporary support role for at least the next 3 or 4 weeks.
The Helpdesk function for this company is key and with the growth of the company, they are extremely busy, hence this temporary role is to support them and ensure that the service levels are meeting the high standards they pride themselves on.
You will be focussed on supporting with answering inbound calls, providing customers with updates within set timeframes, calls follow specific scripts to assist them and anything trickier can be escalated to another member of the team.
The role is fully office based in the company’s new offices in Hemel Hempstead, in the heart of the Maylands area, free parking on site and good bus routes. Paying between £10.50 to £12 per hour DOE, weekly pay every Friday.
Hours of work at 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, although we could also consider someone that wants to work 5 part time days a week, AM or PM. 3-4 weeks minimum of temp work available.
