Think Accountancy and Finance are currently supporting a local logistics technology company in the sourcing of a Bookkeeper or Senior Accounts Assistant with the managing of the day to day finances of the business. The family run business are looking for someone to work 20-25 hours p/week but are completely flexible with how those hours are broken down. Currently being managed by the owner, they are keen to find someone to take away anything finance related to fee up time to support the continued growth of the business.

This friendly team work in modern offices with plenty of parking and great amenities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all day to day functions within finance
• Raise invoices for orders
• Amended monthly invoices for tracking fees
• Dealing with inhouse accounts queries & client accounts queries
• Managing bank accounts
• Liaising with suppliers & clients
• Chasing outstanding monies
• Liaising with external accountants when required
• General office and business support

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience within a similar role
• Experienced accounts payable assistant
• Experience of working with a fully integrated online accounting system
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Reliable, honest and dedicated
