Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Global organisation based within the Elstree area. My client have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join their IT team. The successful candidate will be providing support to the IT Manager with day to day in house issues, and general network issues. The successful candidate will also need to have experience with Citrix and Active Directory. 
This person will need to be able to commute to Elstree as the position is hybrid working, with 2-3 days a week based within the office. 

Salary - £38,000 - £40,000 per annum plus great benefits 

Some of the duties will include:

• Provide onsite and remote support for users 
• Deputise for the IT Manager in their absence
• Identify hardware and software solutions to purchase and obtain quotes
• Lead on specific IT projects from planning to implementation 
• Review company systems, hardware and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement 
• Conduct PC and server maintenance and configuration
• Creating users including accounts, software and hardware set up, and access management 
• Liaise with 3rd party service providers to reolsve issues and improve IT services 

The suitable candidate:

• A minimum of 5 years experience within IT support
• Previous experience with Citrix
• Acitive Directory experience
• Data centre/server knowledge 
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Strong team player 
• Experience with SAP would be an advantage but not essential
