This is a great opportunity for someone looking to bring ideas and manage a small team. If you have previous experience of managing a team and you can quickly absorb information and pick up systems, then this could be ideal for you!

This is a permanent full-time position; hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with an early finish time at 4pm on a Friday! This is an excellent opportunity to join close knit team who are highly supportive.

This position is paying up to £30K and is fully office based! The company also offer a number of exciting benefits such as free parking on site, performance related bonuses, a great pension scheme and many more.

Duties

• Configuring products and processing orders for new and existing customers.
• Providing exceptional support to our customers – this may be online or via telephone.
• Upselling new products to our existing customers.
• Keeping our customer database updated.
• Understanding our products & software.
• Attending exhibitions & events.
• Management of projects, tasks, and initiatives.
• Managing a small team of customer service personnel, organising duty rota to accommodate extended hours of customer service operations.
• Assisting the director on a daily basis and dealing with any escalation from the Customer Service team.

Candidate requirements:

• Understand and demonstrate technical interest/ability.
• Be able to build a rapport with people easily and confidently.
• Excellent telephone manner required.
• Ability to adapt to a small dynamic environment.
• Ability to lead, guide and manage a team.
• Able to develop an efficient system in a rapidly growing business.
• Good computer literacy, preparing presentations and maintaining records.
• Reliable with a commitment to the business and its growth.
• A positive attitude and work ethic.
• Able to problem solve and recommend improvements.
