Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be partnered with a local and well-established business based in Kings Langley to help them sourcing for an AAT Qualified Junior Management Accountant.

This rapidly growing organisation is looking for an Junior Management Accountant, to support all Accounts Receivable and Payable functions along with supporting the Financial Director and Controller with the monthly management reporting,

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Invoicing, Statements, Queries, Credits
• Processing of receipts
• Processing supplier invoices and dealing with queries
• Regularly checking outstanding goods received for missing invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Employee expenses
• Other tasks including, but not limited to
• Posting credit card statement
• Issuing weekly exchange rates
• Skills and Experience Required:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum two years accounting experience
• Confident communicator, both internally and externally
• Numerical and analytical
• A can-do attitude with a flexible approach, a multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
