Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a global market leader based in St Albans who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their driven and proactive team!  

This role will include duties across a range of finance areas including Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and Payroll.

Duties to include:

• Reconcile Clients accounts on a regular basis
• To ensure all arrears are fully collected
• Process invoices and purchase orders
• Set up new Supplier Accounts
• Monthly reconciliations
• Process all business expenses
• Assist with Payroll and work with outsourced payroll provider

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience of working within a Finance role
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Ability to deal with confidential information
• Experience using NetSuite and Salesforce desirable

The role is based within a central location of St Albans, our Client does offer Hybrid working however a presence in the office a number of days a week will be required. This is a full time permanent opportunity.
