We are looking for remote Customer Service Advisors to join a Global business. The role will consist of working alongside internal and external teams, handling inbound calls and following up on tasks in an efficient and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have office-based experience or proven computer skills. The company offer remote working and fantastic progression opportunities.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday split between 2x shifts 7:00am - 3:30pm and 9:30am - 6:00pm

1 in every 4 weekends with 2 days given in lieu

Overview of duties:

• Answering high volumes of calls and emails
• Liaise with all departments internal and external
• Handle a wide variety of engineering queries from across the UK.
• Manage ‘Tickets’ on the in-house database, ensuring a high level of organization.
• Ensuring engineer queries and issues are followed through until completion.
• Multi-task and make key decisions.
• Problem solving following processes within a busy environment.

Person Requirements:

• Proven computer skills
• Proficiency on Outlook/Excel
• Internet connection and a suitable setup to work from home
• Ability to confidently communicate
• A good team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
