Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with an award winning organisation based within the Watford area, This dynamic, growing company have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive.

This position will be working within the Digital Marketing team, working on digital advertising campaigns that will reach a B2C audience. The successful candidate will have knowledge of online marketing tools and strategies including SEO, performance marketing and website management. Experience within budget management is also essential for this role. 

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000pa depending on experience 
Hybrid working - must be able to commute to Watford

Some of the duties will include:

• Managing and monitoring two websites, to maximise health and Google rankings 
• Supporting blog content and creating working alongside the marketing team to execute new content 
• Responsible for monitoring campaign performance to drive growth 
• Using tools like Google Analytics to drive and track digital metrics
• Creating Google Analytics dashboards and other reports that are insightful and help inform next steps
• Working with the Digital Marketing team and Manager to drive B2C and B2B marketing 
• Understand the need for an engaging website and online presence 

The suitable candidiate: 

• Previous experience within a similar role 
• Previous experience with budget management 
• Experience in SEO, strategies and tactics 
• Basic HTML experience 
• Experience with platforms like Linkedin Campaign Manager, Google Ads and more
