We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Customer Relationship Management Executive to join one of the top companies in the country, and we are lucky enough to have them based here in Hemel Hempstead.
This would be a fantastic role for a technical and analytical CRM Executive.
This is a key role within a small and growing CRM Team for a real high flying and growing company, it is such an exciting time for this team with so much going on.
Please note, this role would be on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
This role would be on a part-time basis and very open to suggestions on working schedules, some form of weekly office presence in Hemel would be ideal though.
A whole list of fantastic benefits are on offer along with a full time salary of up to £35k.
Duties:
- Management of CRM platform – specifically automation, content, and communications
- With a creative touch able to produce Customer facing emails and SMS to a high standard including the creation of loyalty, engagement and renewal communication and content
- Working with internal and external teams when appropriate to work effectively to tight deadlines
- Feed into planning and strategies and be an ambassador for best practice
- Platform configuration including one-time, recurring, automated, triggered communications
- Execution of communication strategy across multiple channels including Email, SMS, and direct mail
- Hand on approach with data and creating regular reports to gain more knowledge about our customer base
- Data mapping and customer segmentation
- Support the delivery of projects and general marketing administration where required
Must have’s:
- A test and learn mindset with a very data and analytical approach to campaigns, reporting and insight
- Experience of delivering excellent customer experience across channels
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the commercial aspects of business (ROI, CAC, LTV)
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Very well organised and good with time management
The wish list (Not essential, but would be a huge bonus):
- Understanding of large CRM platforms (Braze)
- HTML / CSS knowledge is desirable
- Knowledge of customer personalisation and dynamic content to drive relevancy
- Copywriting skills for Email and SMS
- Understanding of marketing automation
