Think Specialist Recruitment have registered an exciting new role working for a privately owned business based in Hemel Hempstead. This long established company have a team of over 50 staff providing an excellent level of service for their clients. In this role you will be providing an outstanding level of customer service to each client from their initial dealings with this organisation through to their whole client experience.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building combined with excellent organisational and administration skills.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a friendly and patient demeanour.  Alongside this you should have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A high level of both spoken and written English language skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Able to learn new systems and processes quickly and efficiently
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Exceptional organisational skills
