The right candidate will be providing support to the Business Development, assisting Senior Account Managers, and providing high quality Customer Service to existing clients.

The company are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and liaise with individuals at all levels.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to join a social, vibrant team. This role is Monday to Friday, hours are 9:30am to 6pm. Offering a salary up to £25,000.  

Duties:

• Building strong business relationships with existing Clients both over the telephone and face to face.
• Managing the registration of customers for new/existing clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities through existing accounts, following up on warm leads.
• Meeting with prospective Clients, representing the business, and presenting the company products effectively.

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and liaise with individuals at all levels.
• People orientated / enjoy building successful customer relationships whilst maintaining a professional approach.
• A commitment towards delivering and maintaining a high level of service to Clients.
• A positive and dynamic work ethic with a desire to play an integral role in growing the business and achieving both individual and business success.
