Ideally, we are looking for someone with sales experience, this could be within sales, account management, telemarketing or even a customer service role that involves upselling.

This is a Monday to Friday role, hours being 9am to 5pm on a permanent full-time basis. The role also offers the fantastic opportunity for hybrid working so 2 days in office and 3 days from home.
The base salary for this role is £28K + with uncapped commission, which going by the average in the team, could see an OTE of £34K +, although all the tools are there to do much more.
Duties will include:
- Managing Key Accounts
- Building relationships with existing accounts, understanding their business, looking for upsell/cross sell opportunities.
- Prospect new potential customers through phone, email, and various other technologies.
- Create interest in the company’s products and solutions for both employee and customer opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to help build your pipeline.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing clients/prospects.
- Conduct high level conversations with senior executives within target clients/prospects to fully understand requirements.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly quotas of meetings, qualified and close won opportunities both on Net New Business and Existing Business.
- Recognised as a great contributor and collaborator across the Inside Sales team.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven successful experience in a Sales or Customer Service role.
- Demonstratable ability to meet and/or exceed sales and activity targets.
- Experience of engaging prospects using remote communication tools.
- Excellent client services skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Skilled in CRM opportunity management using Dynamics.
