French or Spanish Speaking Credit Controller

We are looking to recruit a French or Spanish Speaking Credit Controller to be responsible for chasing a backlog of aged debt across the UK. This is a key opportunity for this growing client to maximise cash flow and minimise bad debt losses. 

 Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls
• Working through call list to collect debt
• Deliver cash collection targets
• Maintain appropriate records to clearly show sequence of communication with customers
• Deal with customer queries in a prompt and efficient manner

 Knowledge, skills and experience:

• IDEALLY French or Spanish Speaking
• MUST be available for an immediate start
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to use initiative
• Customer focused
• Ability to prioritise activities in-order to meet targets
• Flexible to manage changing priorities
• Commercial awareness
