Think Specialist Recruitment is an independent recruitment agency based in Hemel Hempstead and servicing the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire area.  We launched in January 2011 and have recently moved to a bigger premises in Hemel Hempstead following our continued success in the local market.  We are now seeking an experienced Senior Consultant or Recruitment Business Manager/Office Manager/Branch Manager to join our team and assist in the next exciting phase of our operations!

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our existing office - take ownership of a Division and grow a team from our Hemel site, or potentially open a new office in another city/town.  We are looking for a future Director who will bring ideas, enthusiasm and ambition along with fantastic commercial acumen.

• A hire at Senior Consultant/Business Manager level with an abundance of recruitment experience to work from our Hemel Hempstead headquarters or open an office in another city/town

• An experienced recruiter returning to work on a part-time basis (minimum 4 days/30 hours per week)
