Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a local client in Hemel Hempstead to help them source for an immediately available Finance Assistant on a Temporary basis. As the Finance Assistant, you will support all Accounts Payable functions with data entry, as well as supporting the Finance team, and wider organisation with various key administrative duties including clensing a backlog of data.

Accounts Payable experience is highly desirable but not essential. However attention to detail is required for this role and the client would also welcome someone with experience of data management. The primary focus of the role is to clear up and tidy data.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Data Management or Data Cleansing
• Accounts Payable experience would be highly desireable
• Confident communicator, both internally and externally
• Numerical and analytical
• A can-do attitude with a flexible approach, a multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
