We are working with the UK head office (Hemel Hempstead) of an extremely exciting global business who are at the forefront of their sector; a well-known, modern, and futuristic brand known and seen across the UK and worldwide in homes and offices, a company everyone knows of.
We are looking for a ‘CRM Specialist – Functional Analyst (Dynamics365)’ to join this global brand, an ethical business that is fully focussed on enabling people to be themselves and express that in their work and development.
Within this role you would be reporting to the CRM Manager, driving user adoption of the CRM platform and support users in the follow-up process and resolving cases and queries. Additionally, assessing relevant business needs and utilising the CRM platforms to enable the sales force to be as effective as possible.
We are looking for people that can offer full time commitment to this role, this small team is based in the companies UK HQ, which is in Hemel Hempstead, and they offer hybrid working, with the work split between office and home working.
Please note before applying that this is not a system’s developer role, this is a functional position.
Also, that this role is hybrid, so to be considered you will need to realistically be able to travel to Hemel Hempstead weekly.
This will be paying a competitive salary of up to £60k + a very good, attractive, and extensive benefits package.
