Customer Orders Coordinator role in Hemel Hempstead to start as soon as possible and temp on a 2-to-3-month basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a international company that offers fantastic training and support. Working in a small team that manages UK and International orders.

This position will be working Monday to Friday, there is free local and onsite parking available, with the role being a hybrid one, 3 days in Hemel and 2 remote. Temporary work for 3 months, the team is growing so it could very possibly turn into a long term contract or permanent at which point the salary for the role is £24k+, working full time hours, working Monday to Friday and an hourly rate of approx. £11 to £12 per hour plus holiday pay.

Duties to include:

• Review daily reports for activity and action accordingly
• Liaise internally to gain necessary approvals for any customer and account discounts, non-standard payment terms, and customer’s Purchase orders
• Management and schedule of customer support activities
• Support and process of all sales orders relevant to the Customer Service Department
• Follow through orders to ensure timely dispatch, resolving any delivery queries that may arise
• Managing shipments and deliveries and responding in a timely fashion to all requests
• Ensuring all orders are processed and completed
• Any ad hoc administration tasks which are required from time to time
• Monitor email inbox and action and respond accordingly

• Someone that can build strong relationships with customers through the processing of their orders
• Maintain excellent procedures and documenting in detail
• Customer focused and enthusiastic at all times
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Self-motivated with the ability to work at all levels within the organisation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
